1. About KARLIN
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the KARLIN website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our full business details, including our registered address and Chamber of Commerce number, will be added once registration is completed.
2. Products
We take care to describe our teas and other products as accurately as possible. Because tea is a natural product, colour, appearance and flavour may vary slightly between batches.
Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the product received.
3. Prices
All prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Any delivery costs will be clearly shown before you complete your order.
4. Orders and payment
An order is completed once you have submitted your order and payment has been accepted.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unexpectedly unavailable. If you have already paid, the amount paid for the unavailable product will be refunded.
5. Delivery
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination, carrier and circumstances outside our control.
Available delivery methods and applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal
